In-stock wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Some made-to-order products require additional production time, which is noted on each product page.
Standard delivery within the United States: 10–14 business days from ship date. Expedited shipping is available at checkout — rates calculated based on order weight and destination.
Standard shipping is free on every wholesale order, with no minimum spend beyond our standard $300 order minimum.
Wholesale orders may arrive in more than one shipment, as some items ship from our US warehouse and others ship directly from our production facility. Standard shipping remains free regardless of the number of shipments.
Tracking information is emailed when each shipment leaves and is available in your wholesale account dashboard.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only — the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), or military addresses (APO/FPO).
International wholesale partnerships may open in the future — contact us if you're interested.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Re-shipping costs may apply.
If a shipment shows no tracking movement for 7+ business days after ship date, contact us at hello@craftrosaries.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
As with most wholesale programs, we do not accept returns on unsold inventory. All wholesale orders are final sale.
This policy exists because wholesale pricing reflects a 40% discount from retail, and our products are designed to sell across multiple events throughout the year — reducing the risk of dead stock.
We replace damaged or defective items at no cost — or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email hello@craftrosaries.com or message us on WhatsApp
- Include photos of the damaged items and the affected quantity
- We will ship replacements at no charge or issue store credit
Replacement shipping is fully covered by Craft Rosaries.
If you receive an item that wasn't part of your order, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no charge.
Custom and co-branded products (logos, names, event-specific designs) are final sale and non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for your order.
