Application & Approval

Do I need a resale certificate to apply?

No. We simply verify that you're a legitimate business, organization, parish, school, fundraiser, or event-based seller — a resale certificate is not required to open a wholesale account. If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing (resale certificate, 501(c)(3), etc.), you can send documentation after approval and we'll set your account to tax-exempt.

I don't have a storefront yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. We work with gift shops, parish stores, event planners, fundraisers, pop-up vendors, schools, and faith-based organizations. A physical storefront is not required. Tell us a little about how you plan to use the products in your application notes, and we'll review your account individually within 24 hours.

How long does approval take?

Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, wholesale pricing is automatically applied to your account and you can order immediately.

What if my application gets rejected? Can I reapply?

We approve most legitimate businesses, organizations, and event-based sellers. If we decline, you'll receive a clear reason — usually because we need more information about your use case. You can reapply at any time with additional details.

Pricing & Payment

How is the 40% wholesale discount applied?

Wholesale pricing (40% off retail) is applied automatically at checkout once you're logged into your approved wholesale account. No coupon code, no manual entry — it just works.

What's the minimum order?

$300 across any combination of wholesale products. No per-SKU minimums — mix and match freely to reach $300.

Do you have a MAP or pricing policy?

No MAP restrictions. You set your own retail prices — discount, bundle, or premium-price however fits your market. Our 40% wholesale pricing gives you margin room either way. Many partners bundle products, create event collections, or run their own promotions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and major digital wallets through secure Stripe checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Standard shipping is free on every wholesale order and typically arrives within 10–14 business days. Expedited shipping is available — rates shown at checkout. Some products ship directly from our production facility and need extra handling time, noted on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International wholesale partnerships may open in the future — contact us if you're interested.

Why might an order arrive in multiple shipments?

Some products ship from our US warehouse, while others ship directly from our production facility. Your order may arrive in more than one package, but standard shipping remains free on the full order.

How is tracking provided?

Tracking information is emailed to you when each shipment leaves. You can also view tracking inside your wholesale account.

Products & Personalization

How does the QR personalization system work?

Keychains and mini rosaries include a printed QR code on the product. Your customers scan it with any phone camera — no app needed. They choose a template (English or Spanish), enter names, dates, and event details, then download a print-ready PDF that fits standard US Letter or A4 home printer paper. You never handle personalization requests, proofs, revisions, or customer edits — the entire process happens on the customer's side.

Can products be personalized in Spanish?

Yes. Every QR personalization template supports both English and Spanish. Customers choose their language at the start of the personalization flow.

Are products retail-ready out of the box?

Yes. Every product ships in retail-ready packaging — labeled, tagged, and ready to display. No repackaging needed. Open the box and put it on your shelf.

Can I see the products before committing?

Yes. The $59 Sample Starter Set includes Cross Keychains, Mini Rosaries, a Holy Water Bottle, and Organza Bags in real retail packaging, plus access to the QR personalization system. You'll also receive a $50 credit toward your first wholesale order ($300 minimum). The lowest-risk way to evaluate quality, packaging, and fit.

Returns, Custom & Support

What if a product doesn't sell in my store?

Most of our products aren't tied to a single occasion. The same item can often be sold across baptisms, communions, weddings, quinceañeras, memorials, and other faith-based celebrations throughout the year, helping reduce seasonal inventory risk.

We've fulfilled 14,000+ Catholic event orders before opening wholesale, helping us build a collection of retail-tested products designed for real customer demand.

Many partners start with our $59 Sample Starter Set or a $300 mix-and-match order before expanding.

As with most wholesale programs, we don't accept returns on unsold inventory.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We replace damaged or defective items at no cost — or issue store credit, whichever you prefer. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the affected quantity. Replacement shipping is covered by us.

Do you offer custom or co-branded products?

Yes. We offer custom and co-branded programs for schools, parishes, ministries, organizations, and event businesses. Custom logos, names, messaging, and event-specific designs are available on qualifying bulk orders (typically 150+ units). Custom projects require additional production time and setup. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or include a note in your wholesale application.

Can I use your product photos and marketing materials?

Yes. Approved wholesale partners receive access to product photography, lifestyle images, and event-styled shots — ready for your website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials. Included free with every wholesale account.

I have multiple stores. One account or separate?

One wholesale account covers all your locations. You can order under a single login and deliver to any address you've added. If you prefer separate accounts for accounting purposes, we can accommodate that — let us know.

How do I reorder?

Once approved, simply log into your wholesale account and place orders directly through our wholesale collection. Wholesale pricing applies automatically. Most partners reorder in 2–4 week cycles depending on their event calendar.
