Terms of service.

Wholesale accounts are available to legitimate businesses, organizations, parishes, schools, fundraisers, event planners, and faith-based organizations. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Approved partners receive 40% off retail pricing across our wholesale catalog. Pricing is applied automatically at checkout once logged into an approved wholesale account. We reserve the right to modify wholesale pricing with 30 days' notice.

A minimum order of $300 USD applies to all wholesale purchases. The minimum can be reached through any combination of wholesale products (no per-SKU minimums).

Payment is collected in full at the time of order via Stripe secure checkout. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and major digital wallets. We do not currently offer Net terms or invoicing.

We do not impose Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) restrictions. Partners are free to set their own retail prices based on their market and business strategy.

All wholesale shipments are subject to our Wholesale Shipping & Returns policy. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only — the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or military addresses.

All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns on unsold inventory. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — or store credit issued — within 7 days of delivery. See our Wholesale Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

All product designs, photography, marketing materials, and trademarks remain the property of Craft Rosaries LLC. Approved wholesale partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our product photography and marketing materials for the sole purpose of selling Craft Rosaries products.

This license terminates upon account closure or violation of these terms.

Custom orders require a separate agreement detailing pricing, production timeline, quantities, and specifications. Custom and co-branded products are final sale and non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for your order.

Wholesale products are sold for resale, gifting, or event use. Partners may not represent themselves as the manufacturer or original designer of Craft Rosaries products. Partners may not remove or alter Craft Rosaries branding without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: misrepresentation of business, fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale channels, or chargeback abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Rosaries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from wholesale purchases or from the resale or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Partner for the specific order in question.

Craft Rosaries LLC sells products on a business-to-business basis to approved wholesale partners. Once products are delivered to the Partner, the Partner is responsible for proper storage, handling, display, labeling, and resale to end consumers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craft Rosaries LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

— The Partner's resale, distribution, marketing, or use of our products;
— Any modification, repackaging, or relabeling of products by the Partner;
— Any representation or warranty made by the Partner to end customers beyond those provided by Craft Rosaries LLC;
— Any claim by an end customer, including but not limited to claims related to product use, injury, damage, or unsuitability;
— Any violation by the Partner of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

This obligation survives termination of the wholesale relationship.

Our products are designed as decorative religious favors, keepsakes, and gift items for use at events such as baptisms, communions, weddings, quinceañeras, and memorial services. They are intended for adult purchasers and recipients.

Many products contain small parts, decorative beads, or attached components that may pose choking, ingestion, or other hazards to young children. Products are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by children under 14 years of age.

The Partner is responsible for:
— Communicating any applicable safety warnings to end customers;
— Displaying products in a manner appropriate for the intended audience;
— Complying with all federal, state, and local product safety, labeling, and consumer protection laws in the Partner's market.

End customers should keep products away from infants and young children when not supervised by an adult.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active wholesale partners.
