We offer free shipping within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada on most of our products for eligible orders. For items requiring paid shipping, this will be clearly indicated before completing your purchase. Our delivery options include express 7-day delivery and standard 14-day delivery. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and seasonal factors.

Cancellations: Please request a cancellation within 3 hours of your purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our items, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Personalized items are also non-returnable as they are customized specifically for you.

International Shipping: For customers outside the US, UK, and Canada, shipping fees apply. Shipping times will be clearly stated before payment. Additionally, customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees imposed by their country's authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or import processes. Customers are advised to check their email for tracking updates and potential notifications regarding import fees.

Damages and Issues: If your package arrives damaged or is lost by the shipping company, please take a photo of the damaged package and contact the shipping company immediately. For lost packages, customers must also contact their local police office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
