Return and Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@craftrosaries.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Policy for Personalized Items

We value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your personalized items. However, due to the nature of customization, we have some limitations on returns and refunds:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as soon as possible.
  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request, as we start working on your order immediately.
  • We are not responsible for any errors in spelling, grammar, or design submitted by the customer. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Cancellations

Please request a cancellation within 3 hours of your purchase. Due to the nature of personalized items, we cannot cancel your order once production has begun. Additionally, personalized items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold.


International Shipping

We do not offer free shipping to locations outside the US, UK, and Canada. Customers outside these regions will need to pay for shipping, and the shipping time will be clearly stated before payment. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package is lost or damaged by the shipping company, please take the following steps:

  • For damaged packages: Take a photo of the damaged package and contact the shipping company first.
  • For lost packages: Contact the shipping company and your local police office to file a report.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Shipping Delays and Import Processes: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or import processes. Customers are responsible for checking emails from the shipping company regarding tracking and possible import fee notifications.


Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
