Standard Returns

  • 14-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original condition
    • Include original tags
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met

Return Process

  1. Email hello@craftrosaries.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if reporting damage)
  2. Wait for our return authorization
  3. Package item carefully with all original materials
  4. Ship to provided return address
  5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  6. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Personalized Items

No Returns For:

  • Customer-submitted spelling errors

Package Issues and Damage Claims

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect package before accepting delivery
  • If package is visibly damaged:
    • Take photos of damage
    • Refuse delivery if possible
    • Contact shipping carrier immediately
    • Report to us with photos and tracking number
  • If damage discovered after delivery:
    • Take photos of package and damaged items
    • Keep all packaging materials
    • Contact shipping carrier immediately
    • File claim with shipping company
    • Send us photos and claim number

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If package shows as delivered but not received:
    • Check all possible delivery locations
    • Contact shipping carrier first
    • File a police report for stolen packages
    • Provide us with police report number
  • For undelivered packages:

    • Keep all shipping documentation
