How does pricing work?
Retail prices are shown on every product. Once your parish or school account is approved and logged in, 40% off is applied automatically — no code to enter. And the more you order, the better it gets: larger and diocesan-scale orders unlock deeper pricing by quote, so bigger events cost you less per piece.
What is the minimum order?
$300 across any combination of products. Mix and match freely to reach it — there are no per-item minimums. Free U.S. standard shipping is included on every order.
Do you work with tax-exempt organizations?
Yes. We apply tax-exempt status for qualifying parishes, schools and 501(c)(3) organizations — send your certificate after your account is approved. Payment is by major credit card at checkout.
Can we add our parish or school logo, crest or event name?
Yes — as a custom branded run. Individual names & dates are done free by families via QR; a logo, crest or event name is applied by us to the whole order, from 100–150 pieces per design, usually about one extra week, by quote. Request a custom quote.
Do you offer fundraising options?
Yes. Order at wholesale pricing, offer keepsakes at your events, and keep the difference for your ministries. Ask us about options for festivals and school fundraisers.
Can you handle very large events?
Absolutely — from a single class to 5,000+. Because families personalize their own by QR, no one on your team writes names, at any size. For large or diocesan volumes, request a price quote.
Are products available in English and Spanish?
Yes. The QR personalization works in either language, and custom artwork can be produced in both.
What is your return policy?
Wholesale orders are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it or issue store credit.
